Milan-based Be shaping The Future acquires 55% of Soranus AG, a Swissmanagement consulting firm for the financial industry. Thus, two companiesmerge in order to be able to advise their clients even more comprehensively.

paprico ag supports the selling shareholders in the conception of the succession solution and in the implementation as financial and transaction advisor.

In future, Soranus AG's clients will benefit from a comprehensive range of services from management consulting to IT consulting. The coverage of topics will also be greatly expanded through the cooperation in the Be Group. The aim is to offer its Swiss clients an end-to-end service for the realisation of their ambitious projects and thus support their long-term success.
