paprico ag supports InfoGuard AG, the leading Swiss cyber security specialist, in the structuring and implementation of the management buy-out.

InfoGuard AG realises the complete implementation of the managementbuy-out. paprico supports the company and the shareholders as financial andtransaction advisor. Since the first step of the management buy-out in February 2018, InfoGuard AG has been operating independently - and very successfully. The company has been able to significantly expand its customer base and, in the course of this, has increased the number of employees from 100 to 150.

In order to provide broader support for further development, InfoGuard AG has now distributed its shareholders among more and new shoulders. The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Peter Letter, and the current management, consisting of Thomas Meier, Stefan Thomann, Franco Cerminara, Ricardo Balseiro, Ernesto Hartmann and Raphael Kugler, together took over all shares in the company this month - with the participation of the management. InfoGuard AG will thus be 100 percent under their control by the end of the month.

At the end of last year, InfoGuard AG already made significant changes to the Board of Directors. Since then, Peter Letter has been acting as Chairman of the Board. He is supported by the new Board member Martin Eckert and Thomas Meier as Board delegates.
