Fretz Kanal-Service AG, Cham takes over Pfenniger Entsorgungs AG. paprico ag advises the buyer on the successful acquisiton.

Fretz Kanal-Service AG, Cham, and Pfenniger Entsorgungs AG, Sursee,merge. paprico ag supports the buyer Fretz as financial and transaction advisorin analysis, company valuation, structuring, negotiation, financing and duediligence.

 

Fretz Kanal-Service AG with branches in Cham, Baar, Küssnacht and Altdorf takes over Pfenniger Entsorgungs AG retroactively to 1.1.2022. The expansion of the market area to include the regions of Lucerne and parts of the Mittelland strengthens the Fretz group of companies. Pfenniger Entsorgungs AG will continue to operate as an independent company with its proven team of specialists in its market area. Pfenniger's customers will benefit from Fretz's extended range of services.

 

The family-owned company Düring AG Ebikon is transferring the business of Pfenniger Entsorgungs AG into the hands of the family-run Fretz Kanal-Service AG. The integration of the traditional company into the Fretz Kanal-Service AG group of companies follows a forward-looking strategy. The merger of the two traditional companies with the same orientation is unique and visionary on the Central Swiss market. The Sursee location remains. The group of companies now employs 85 people.
